Repair and Maintain is a service created by a collection of local housing groups, to carry out works on their properties. The clients wanted the new brand to be positioned independently of the house associations and have a friendly and approachable feel.
The housing maintenance portal required a logo, with supporting colour palette and identity, for both web and printed collateral. Followed by a website, brochures and flyers. Accessibility and usability is key with this demographic, and needed to be considered with every item produced.
